Proposal

I will produce a music video to the song Take A Walk by Passion Pit. This band plays the indietronica genre. For this genre the style of music video can be a wide range as the genre is a mix of rock, pop, indie and electronica. For the music video, we are doing the music video as a person going to different places as though he is taking a walk. For each of the different shots the person will change clothes as though he has been on a walk for a long time and time is passing.
For the music video we will travel to multiple
locations and going to many different locations in order to show that
he has been walking long distances. Some locations that we have in mind are
London: London Bridge, Southbank, Camden, Museums, Art Galleries and possibly
Paris. To keep the music video from becoming boring for some of the shots we
will be holding or interacting with someone/something so that it is not the
same thing for each of the shots.

The scenery and locations play the biggest part in this music video

Production: Music Video (Take a Walk)
|
Potential problems and how to overcome these problems:
Getting lost in Paris/London - we would be able to use maps and GPS on
our phones in order to see where we are and how to get to our destinations.
Not being able to find our way to the location could cause us to get
behind on our filming schedule - Plan the way in which we will get to our
locations with which buses and trains to get.
The battery in the camera running out during the long days of filming
- Take more than one battery in order to get as much time filming as possible
If the weather does not permit us to record due to heavy rain or
blistering heats - We can check the weather in advanced to know if we will be
able to film on the specific days.
