Below is the email that I have sent to the record label of Passion Pit asking for their permission to use the song in the music video that we will be creating.
The reason that I am asking the company for permission to use the track is because if i do not then this could have copyright implications as it is not my material to use. By getting permission, this means i would be able to use the music and be able to upload to it to various sites without the risk of it getting removed or getting sent to court over using the music without permission.
